By accessing and using X-score AI ("Service", "Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including free trial users, paid subscribers, and API clients.

X-score provides AI-powered sentiment analysis and social media monitoring tools. Our platform analyzes tweets and social media content to provide insights on sentiment, engagement, and brand reputation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

You must create an account to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate, current information and update it as needed. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

You agree not to: use the service for illegal purposes, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, scrape or harvest data without permission, resell or redistribute our services, use the service to harass or harm others, or violate any applicable laws or regulations.

X-score and its content, features, and functionality are owned by X-score AI and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of data you provide, but grant us a license to process it to provide our services.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.

API access is subject to rate limits based on your plan tier. Exceeding rate limits may result in temporary throttling or service interruption. You must not attempt to circumvent rate limits. API keys are confidential and must not be shared or exposed publicly.

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. Support response times vary by plan tier. We are not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or any damages resulting from service unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, X-score shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, non-payment, or illegal activity. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or class action. These terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles.
